Amazing 1st time meet with Jacqui today for our 4 & a half month old cockerpoo Dougie and his 2nd puppy groom. He was so comfortable from the off and he had already been to a previous groomer where he tried to look for the exit rather than go towards the staff and today, he gravitated straight towards Jacqui rather than back away. Jacqui made Dougie feel comfortable from the off and when we picked him up, he was chilled and not restless at all! He was a very happy boy! Amazing cut & re-booked straight away. Thank you so much, we will see you in a few weeks time! 100% recommend! xx
